and after the fight I left her house and went back home to Az from Seattle...and she filed charges against me and I didnt know..so they put a warrant out for my arrest, did jail time, went to court and was on probation...? when anyone runs my record they will see Assult, 4th degree..trespassing..and Burglary..Burglary? WE got in to a fight at her house I confronted her about sleeping with my now ex fiance. So how is that bUrglary? I now cant get a good job...and I dont know what to do...I have changed my life around since 2004...all Im getting are call center jobs..but the good call center jobs like working for At%26amp;T I cant get...

You are facing what over a million people in this country face. Having a criminal record. There are no laws to protect you from discrimination, no statue of limitations on how far they can go back. It doesn't matter. It's the same answer no matter where you go, ';Shouldn't have done the crime, if you didn't want to do the time.'; I am soooo sick of hearing that. People who have completed their ';time'; and probation should be allowed to work, and back round checks should have a legal time frame on them, in my opinion.
