contact child support recovery in your state or go to the welfare office and apply for welfare and food stamps.. if you do not qualify for help they will tell you what you need to do in order to get your child support if you do qualify they will set you up with food stamps and welfare and then send him the bill and if he don't pay up they will take away his license and garnish his wages and his income tax check,
call the court and tell them that hes not paying child support and if he has a job they will automatically take 50$ out of his paycheck or if he wins the lottery then you will get the amount he owes and if he dosent have a job then they will put him in jail for a little while for not obeying the court laws hope i helped
