How do I get over my ex? He dumped me 5 weeks ago, but i still miss him and I'm sad he's moved to someone else?

He dumped me 5 weeks ago. He said it was cause he was worried i liked him more than he liked me (which threw me off cause he's always acted differently). He's now basically dating this girl in one of my classes. Who liked him a lot while i was dating him (and she told him this). Its like really hard cause i know its best for me to be going off to college in the fall single anyway. Its just hard when he was such a nice guy and i liked dating him (he was my first bf). We dated for like 4 and half months.


Please please give me any advice u have on how to get over a guy.

honestly, the best way is to find another guy. I know the first one is really hard to get over though. don't worry, I'll be a freshman in college this fall too and I'm sure you've heard the same stuff about it as me. I don't think you'll think about him for a second once you get there haha
